Abs on Abs on Abs
Abs. We all have them. Like it's part of being human to have abdominal muscles, but we all want them to look and feel better. Am I right?? I swear there are times in my life where I have been so stoked on my abs and then there are times that I don't even want to look at my stomach haha! One thing I do know when it comes to abs (and this is true when speaking about fitness in general), and that is the importance of being consistent. And knowing and understanding that it's a process, not something that happens overnight.
