“Isn’t it annoying how the girly girl over there is wearing that Ramones Shirt, bet she doesn’t even know who that is.” - At least that’s what I was usually thinking when I saw girls wearing “Amplified” Band shirts that used to be a big thing in Germany a few years ago. It annoyed me if brands or big retail stores sold Band Shirts. Band Shirts used to be something you buy at gigs; a sign of dedication to your favourite band, something slightly exclusive. Like the Manson Shirt I bought some time ago, after almost getting ripped apart in the first row and temporary regaining the mind of a 15 year old girl whose aim in life is to touch her...
