Can’t Sleep? Read This Falling asleep starts long before you hit the pillow. Creating a successful night time ritual begins hours before bed. This can include anything from sipping on some sleepy time tea, to making a list before bed to checking off items in your brain. Here are a few tricks that I’ve implemented into my night time routine that help increase sleeping habits.
1. A Bath before Bed
One of my favorite ways to wind down after a long day is with a nice, long soak in the tub. If you can, hold off to take a dip until after dinner and use lavender oils or bubble bath to wind down.
