It's black and white: styling vegan leather leggings with an oversized shirt, straw fedora, and beaded sandals
There's little doubt that leggings make a polarizing sartorial statement; I'm pretty sure most of us vote either a solid "yay" or a definitive "nay" when it comes to styling them for street-worthy looks...with very few stuck in any sort of grey area!! While I'm not a fan of those ubiquitous athletic leggings for anything but workout wear, I'm a huge proponent of black leather leggings for adding a bit of rock-and-roll edginess to a wardrobe. Despite being more comfortable than the average pair of jeans (they're pull-on, after all!) they often feel more "I made an effort" than denim does...especially when paired with some fabulous footwear!!
