Park hangs
Hello loves. So I don't know about you other moms out there, but if there is one thing my dudes love doing more than anything else...it is playing at the park. I think they might ask to "go to the park," on a daily basis. Climbing, cruising down slides, doing the monkey bars, playing ninja turtles, and hide and seek. These are the games that Brod and I witness day in and day out and I have grown to absolutely love watching the way my guys play and interact with each other! And wow their motors never seem to slow down! So, I got thinking, with the amount of time we spend at the park, especially during summer evenings, I thought...why not incorporate some workouts and...
