Pop up: an alternative to the cute but uncooperative off-the-shoulder trend
So - I can't possibly be the only one who thinks those "off the shoulder" tops and dresses we're still seeing everywhere are flattering in theory , but waaay difficult to wear...can I?? Just to be clear, I'm not referring to this striped button-front blouse that I'm debuting today - which is the perfect cheat because of those skinny straps - but rather to the kind of top that has elastic around the shoulders to keep it in place...elastic that pops up over your shoulders the second you try to lift a Starbucks cup to your lips (for example). 😜 There's no getting around the fact that what's pretty in pictures doesn't always work very...
