The possibilities of how to spend your summer in Philly are endless. There is always so much going on and so many places that are full of options. One place that comes to mind right away for a little bit of summer fun is the Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest and Spruce Street Harbor . From roller skating to riding the carousel, it feels like you're at a carnival - right in the city of Philadelphia! There's even a ferris wheel and games set up around RiverRink.
