Busy, busy weekend here, but I am feeling good about all I took care of to get myself set-up for a good week ahead. Happy to say I completed all my meal prep for the week, which I know I will be so grateful for as the week goes on. I find it easy to slip into making poorer meal choices when I fail to plan ahead. This is particularly vital when you aren’t eating processed foods in general, and sugar and breads, specifically. There will be plenty of veggies on the menu for sure.
