Do any of you use a standing desk at work? This is going to sound super dorky – I got a VariDesk a few years ago and I’ll pretty much tell anyone who will listen how completely life-changing it is. I used to have terrible neck pain and equally bad posture from sitting in front of a computer all day, but having the flexibility to stand a few hours a day makes all the difference in the world!
