Heat styled: patterned shift dress, long denim jacket, and patchwork over-the-knee boots
We had our second heatwave of the season this weekend, dear readers...and I honestly couldn't have been happier!! 🌞 Seriously - why bother with summer if it isn't going to be really hot at least some of the time?? Here in Canada (as in many parts of the world) we spend what can feel like forever under wraps from head to toe to ward off winter's chill; isn't it nice to have our skin out in the open to breathe just a little?? So I'm sure you've figured out by now that this outfit was shot pre -heatwave...while it's certainly a summery look, wearing a long denim jacket and my suede OTK's would have been serious overkill these past...
