I have quite a few high-waisted & elastic waist summer skirts, so it's nice to have one or two slightly cropped tops to wear with them because it creates a more sleek silhouette than having to tuck a shirt in. I recommend looking for styles that hit at or just below the belly button so you don't have to worry about revealing any skin as you move around throughout the day (examples here , here & here ). I bought this one right before my trip to Boston & it's quickly become a new favorite. I'm also in love with this linen fringe satchel - it's slightly larger than the bags I usually carry, but I love the chic neutral color & sophisticated...
