Style Imitating Art: Chagall's Painter To The Moon 1917 Here are two outfits inspired by Marc Chagall's Painter to the Moon. In the first outfit, the blouse used to have a drawstring tie on the bottom, but I've been giving myself permission lately to reimagine and perfect my clothes. The tie had always bugged me a little, but I got the blouse because I liked the color and pattern. So I pulled off the tie and used it as a belt. The silk skirt in the second photo used to be a midi-skirt when I first found it at Goodwill. But I turned it into a high-low hem skirt two months ago using Mongs' tutorial.
