Hello Lovelies! I hope this post finds you well. So let me start off by asking the question is it possible to have too many off the shoulder shirts? I personally don’t think so..lol But I may be biased. This blue striped off the shoulder ruffle top/dress is the newest to my collection and I adore it. I love the size of the ruffle and the fact that the sleeves has a double ruffle effect. The stripes are very subtle on this top and I love the fresh classic...
