Broderie Anglaise and the Beauty Of Bluebells
I love all flowers but there's something about bluebells that makes my heart sing; they bring such joy with their glorious, transient, laissez-faire carpeting of the wooded areas they inhabit. They never fail to stop me in my tracks; there's something magical and fey about them which appeals to my romantic nature. It was the (almost bluebell) colour of this top that made it leap out at me- my eyes drawn to the vibrant hue. Broderie is one of my favourite summer fabrics too and always appeals. and this shell top is exactly the sort of versatile addition to the wardrobe that I like.
