Shoes made for walking
I’ve become obsessed with walking over the last few weeks. I absolutely love getting from A to B under my own steam and – as far as possible – not being dependant on Glasgow’s (rather unpleasant) buses.
Apart from my black patent Carvela heels, my shoe wardrobe is made up entirely of flat or low-heeled shoes and boots. None of them are comfortable enough for a power walk of several miles though so I’ve started wearing trainers again after a good few years of avoiding them (apart from my beloved wedge-heeled Ashs).
I generally walk in Nike Free Run+ 3s, but these hi-tops are a good alternative for shorter walks. I chose them for the patent...
