We spent the morning at our favourite beach, Kynance Cove, where we dined on prawn sandwiches before donning our wetsuits and jumping right into the sea. We wiled away an hour swimming and jumping over waves. It felt amazing to be immersed in the salt water - it's all I've really wanted since I came home for the summer but we really haven't had the weather for it.
