{What’s In My Gym Bag}
I’ve been doing my absolute best to keep up on my fitness goals this year! I’ve been working out more regularly, and one thing that really helps is to make sure I’m prepared every time I go to the gym. As a busy mom on-the-go, I need to make sure I have the things my son needs, as well as the things I need. Here are a few staples that I always keep in my gym bag:
