LONG BEACH ISLAND
On Saturday I spent the day at Long Island Beach in New Jersey with my girls Kristina, Naomi, Jana, and Melissa. All of us work at the Free People home office. This day was the perfect escape from the go-go-go of the city and work in general. The sun came and went, and it sprinkled a bit, but I did indeed catch some rays and took a dive into the ocean. I almost forgot how much I love swimming in the the salty sea water until this day. The taste of it was shocking to me at first because I hadn't been in the ocean in so long. It made me miss Cali even more. More of these last minute beach trips need to happen before summer ends. Gotta keep letting these good times roll....
