COLD Brrrr!
Hello Loves, It's now been a week and two days and I still can't get over this sickness. I ended up with a cold last Tuesday and I still can't shake this off. This year I have gotten sick a total of 3 times which is way to much. I tend to get sick, real sick only once a year. WAAAAAH!!! Even with this cold (and Mother Nature) I have been able to push through my workouts. Im gonna be honest, I feel my body right now asking me for a break. She'll get one, a slit one at least. LOL.
