Would it even count as a honeymoon if we didn’t take time for a couples trip to the spa? One morning after a lazy breakfast overlooking the infinity pool at Velassaru , we slipped on our robes and walked along the wooden walkways to the spa, spotting fish and reef sharks as we went.
As I mentioned in my previous post , it’s been said that the Maldives can get a little boring – which was a bit of a concern for this beach-a-phobe, but there are so many things to keep you busy that I found that so far from the truth. Lying down face-first on a massage table being one of them!
