All the way up to Maokong

When in Taiwan, do drop by the Maokong village for a little scenic ride up the cable cars. It’s quite chilly up there, so dress smarter than me and don’t wear a cropped top! You can have a yummy cozy lunch overlooking the city (and a cute view of the Taipei 101 tower too!). Mom and I particularly enjoyed our hot coffee and ice cream date. After lunch, you can head back down and walk over to the Taipei zoo that’s really close by. I made a beeline for the elephants because- duh. Elephants are awesome.
