How to Get Fabulously Fit in 20 Minutes
The older I get the harder it is to get fabulously fit in 20 minutes. I will say that this easy circuit will tone you nicely and keep things from going elsewhere as long as you do them at least 3 days a week. Ladies or even gents, just keep moving.
I have done every workout program on the planet I think and they all have worked as long as I was consistent. Anybody relate??? Consistent is the magic word here. Now, I have to be more selective about my workouts, because I have neck issues and the old knees are not what they used to be. I do a lot of pilates movements using my own body weight and light weights with higher reps for more toning than building bulk. I...
