Winter Layering – Skirt Over Leggings

I hate to be cold! Consequently, I am always looking for creative ways to keep warm and stylish at the same time with some winter layering. I wore this asymmetrical skirt a few months ago in a previous post . It is so comfortable and I thought it would work just perfectly with leggings.
