Outfit: Midwinter
The air is crisp these days, like frosted leaves and grass that crunch under your boots on silvery mornings that soften in the sunlight. Cripser than my usual, impratical-for-the-weather attire I so favor in all seasons. Still I have my tricks to stay warm; mini hot water bottles in my pockets and layers hidden under my long skirts. Layers notwithstanding it's hard to crawl out of bed these mornings, the crystalline-tinged world is much more appealing through the window with socks and warm mug in hand. More than any season, winter turns me into a homebody while I practice various soup recipes and bury myself under a mountain of blankets and books... beret , ...
