If you’re looking to fill the black velvet dress void in your life, ladies, then you’ve waited just long enough to score this dress for $17! Yes, you read that correctly. I love how versatile this dress is. First of all, it’s a wrap dress with tassel ties – how unique. I layered the dress with a striped turtleneck because I wanted a more casual/fancy day look into night look AND because it’s still cold out.
