Daily Goals We're halfway through January, so I thought it would be a good time to check in and see how everyone is doing with their fitness goals. Are you crushing it? I'm sure you are! I feel like so many people I know are on the Whole 30 right now. Anyone else? It's a great program, but honestly a little too intense for me. I mean, no wine for 30 days...need I say more?! I recently gave up sugar for 30 days, which has been pretty easy. Especially with treats like nice cream and Radiantly Raw Chocolate to fulfill my sweet tooth.
