The essentials of a well-lived day. ————— The last two weeks became a conscious, extended holiday for me to focus on the "me I want" for 2017. I didn't vacation, or travel, or binge on Netflix - I spent most of my mornings reading the history of tea, afternoons discovering art in so many forms on Instagram and Pinterest, evenings testing my vegan recipe imagination, and late nights cozying next to my husband and cat.
