Generally speaking, I've never been a big fan of navy blue. I'm not sure why, but it's always seemed kind of dull to me. As far as neutrals go, I'll always choose black or gray over navy. And if there's a print I really like on a navy background, chances are that I may forgo buying the item altogether. But it's a new year, and that means that it's the perfect time to try new things.
