Cheers to the New Year!
I love New Year’s Day.
New Year’s Eve is a much hyped night that I could take or leave. We typically have a low key night with friends and/or family, and we have a great time because we are surrounded by people we care about.
But New Year’s Day holds so much meaning.
It means a clean slate. A fresh start. It’s a blank page with no mistakes in it yet. And a time to think about goals you want to achieve, and who you truly want to be in this new year.
While I don’t love the passing of the years with my children (I’d love to freeze time and keep them at these stages forever), I do love that so many of us use it as an opportunity...
