This is actually what I wore yesterday, so I can say I caught the last train for bare legs & open toes in April. It's practically summer over here. You won't see me complaining. It really wouldn't hurt for me to befriend an iron, would it? (I'm sure I've said that already. I don't think I will though.) This dress is at least 10 years old. It's one of those pieces I don't wear much, but I'm definitely glad I kept it. I brought this baseball hat from Vietnam. It has a communist feel to it and I find that entertaining.
