Cheap Frills

Primark Shirt // Topshop Skirt // H&M Boots I've been eyeing up this shirt since I first saw it in Primark and have refrained from buying it. However I went in the other day and there it was reduced to half price. It had some make up stains on it, which is probably the reason these frills were cheap. However they have come out in the wash so it's not really a big deal. I think it will look great with just about everything but for today I'm wearing it with my topshop mini skirt and some pointed boots. The frills add some interesting detail to the outfit which otherwise may have been a tad plain. I definitely want to invest in more...
