as our thanksgiving weekend drew to an end we zipped down to atlanta to drop christian back home. the child has decided to save the environment by not owning a car and skateboarding to work… of course, his parents are putting a dent in the ozone layer with 120 miles round trip. but we squeezed in brunch at one of our favorite spots – folk art – featured on diners drive-ins and dives that serve mouth-watering southern fare with a modern twist. and, there were a few returns to be made from on-line purchases gone awry. all-in-all it was a productive day even if i was sad to bid christian and our holiday weekend adieu.
