BBG Round 1 Finished!
Last week I completed the 12 week BBG program! I’ve talked about it here before when I first started, but BBG is a circuit training workout program designed by Kayla Itsines. It is massively popular on Instagram and girls who do it are really inspiring and super strong. I thought I’d write a review of sorts since I have gotten so many questions from readers on Instagram.
