In London I had to be super practical. Not only was I staying a fair way out of the city, but with the exception of the main Fashion week base at Brewer Street, the shows were pretty spread out. Plus ubers weren’t really an option – every time I caught one I regretted it. Getting stuck in gridlock traffic when you’re supposed to be backstage is no fun.
Oh and you know London’s weather. Grey, gloomy and unpredictable.
So a sweatshirt and jeans suited me just fine. It helped I had a swish velvet rendition to at least keep me looking a little fashionable.
And yup, that roomy bucket bag made for a handy hideaway for a pair of...
