I don't know what it is about this time of year that fills me with such excitement and such zest for life. I've always loved autumn and have written before about the sensuality of the season- the crunch of leaves, the tactile textures of knits and of faux fur, the twinkling of candles and fairy lights and the unmistakable smokey smell of an open fire. I love the nip in the air, the misty mornings and the hazy sunshine.
