Make Every Step of Your Day Count This past summer it was a goal of mine to focus on working out more. I may not have accomplished a lot of other goals or To-Dos this summer, but I definitely was working out/running an average of 5 days a week. I even challenged myself to get up early and run twice a week before my husband leaves for work (he leaves at 6:15). For me, it is such a stress reliever and helps me improve my mood overall. Coming from a high of accomplishing my goal of regular work outs, I started back at school last Friday. Well now what? There is no way I can fit in 5 workouts a week between meetings, my husband occasionally traveling, and infertility appointments. I want to stay fit and...
