Search and destroy: Distressed denim midi-skirt, peasant top, and platform mary-jane shoes
If you are a regular visitor here (and of course you are , right?!) then you've undoubtedly noticed how I've recently become quite a fan of the below-the-knee skirt length!! A "midi" automatically manages a sophisticated, ladylike vibe that a shorter version just can't match...even when the skirt in question is seriously destroyed like the denim beauty I'm wearing today. That beat up finish and unexpected length - jean skirts that are distressed this way usually come in "mini" form - take what could be considered a basic combo into decidedly edgy territory. Which makes my pony-hair bag, sleek black sunnies, and studded-embellished...
