Peanut Butter Birthday Cake w/ Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
Chris's only request for his birthday cake was that it be chocolate and peanut butter, but with more peanut butter than chocolate. So I set out looking for something that would fit this description. I decided I'd make a peanut butter cake with chocolate frosting. This worked out for the decorating aspect as well since I needed the frosting to be dark. I had known for months how I wanted to decorate Chris's birthday cake. I wanted the theme to be outer space since he's really interested in it.
