5 Things to do on Sunday for a more Productive Workweek
After a fun weekend with family and friends, transitioning from play to work on Sundays can be difficult. I’ve found a few ways to make things a little smoother on Monday by doing these five things on Sunday!
1. Wake up early. Set your alarm back 30 minutes. This will allow you to wake up and prepare for the day without feeling rushed. Have something to eat, make some coffee, or even get a super quick workout in. Worse case you can snooze longer than usual Monday mornings are always tough. That little extra time goes a long way to reduce any stress and relax as you transition from weekend to the work week.
