WIWT - Pilates With ILU Fitwear
Happy Monday ladies. Today I'm sharing a slightly different look to normal. Regular followers may recall that I've recently taken up pilates & am totally loving it. Something totally different to what I expected as it's not mat based but uses various equipment including the reformer & is something completely different to my normal excerise routine. In fact today is my 6th lesson & I'm already totally addicted & would highly recommend it (so much so I've already signed my mum up!). Which leads me onto my outfit for today - one last pilates session before our holiday followed by a sports massage on my back so realistically it's a day of lycra...
