We've just come home from an amaaaazing Japanese dinner at Minato Antwerp and I'm still enjoying the aftertaste and that content feeling of having eaten a truly delicious meal. The food was probably the very best thing about our Japan trip, but the sad thing is that it's SO hard to find that kind of cooking in Belgium. Most Japanese food you find here is sushi, or some kind of chain restaurant, and neither of those come close to the comfort food quality you get from pork belly...
