Over the Rainbow (and a Thank You)
One year ago, I asked my readers to help me in a time of need and desolation. My little niece was born into this world with a load of complications that scared us to the very core. Because of that and a closet full of emotions and dilemmas, I made a big decision. I packed my bags, gave up my dream job and headed home to be with my family. A few days ago, I am beyond moved, excited and overwhelmed to share with you that my little niece, our little fighter, Zoey, has just turned her first year, healthier than ever.
