Non è tutto oro quello che luccica
"Non è tutto oro quello che luccica". Today my title is an Italian expression that means that not everything that looks wonderful (like gold), it actually is so. The site of the shooting is Balos, located in the occidental part of Crete. The place is like Heaven... BUT... there are many but. First of all to reach the place you have to drive 10 km in a really tragic and dangerous street (dirt road), approximately 1 hour. Than after that, you have to walk for two kilometers under the heat of the sun (45 degrees at least). Plus, the day that I went, was so windy that I couldn't even put the umbrella, and the sand was hitting my body like small shots. Thank God I had...
