Picnic fare
When it comes to family gatherings I tend to err on the side of being overdressed. An occasion is an occasion, right? However for a backyard graduation party the other weekend I decided last minute to swap out my white eyelet dress for the significantly more laid back combo of denim shorts and striped shirt. I knew I made the right decision when I sat down on the lawn to play with my nephew and right into the spot of grass where someone had spilt their entire strawberry daiquiri.
