DIY Flower Choker + Jeans Outfit
Today I’m wearing a choker necklace that I made from a vintage flower brooch. To create the choker I took a black velvet choker (seen in my previous post ) and pinned a large vintage brooch in the center. You can create the same look using any brooch and a simple piece of elastic velvet ribbon from a craft store. Just make sure that the velvet is elastic, otherwise it will either have to be tied really tight or it will be too loose around the neck. This idea came from a SITC episode in which Carrie wears a large flower choker. Of course she paired it with an over the top outfit, but for my everyday look I chose to wear a black puffy sleeve top and jeans....
