Long weekends are a wonderful thing - especially on Sunday night when you realize it's kind of like a bonus Saturday night. I don't typically do much to celebrate Independance Day, however this year I found out about a Fourth of July sail through this company Sound Waters . We set sail from Stamford, CT, packed a picnic dinner of the first pesto of the season, bread, wine, and the sweetest strawberries for dessert. It was a beautiful way to spend the last day of the weekend, and the best view of the fireworks you can get.
