My goodness, I've been so busy. I've been feeling very domestic lately and have been spending a lot of time in the kitchen. Yesterday, I made the biggest mess making fresh apricot jam. Apricot jam is one of my favorite things in the world, so when I saw our apricot tree filled with juicy fruit I was excited to give it a try. It turned out wonderfully and I plan to eat it all Summer on a french baguette with melted brie cheese. ...
