This olive blouse with lace insert is one of my favorite “basic with a twist”. The fabric is wonderfully lightweight and the soft olive hue pairs well with most other colors. I styled this blouse HERE both for work and casual outings.

I wanted to freshen up the look a little bit and since the lace insert is such a gorgeous center piece of the blouse, I thought why not wear it backwards? I find the look unique and frankly I never like having pockets on the front of the blouse. Pockets on the breast take away from the feminine flare. What do you think?
