My Self Portrait Sadness
While I’m not the biggest fan of the Self Portrait website shipping & returns policy, they sure do know how to make one hell of a fine dress. I have ordered hundreds of dollars of product directly through them and have a few concerns:
The sizing on these dresses is way off. I’m typically a size 2 but have to order a size 8.
The customer service is not the friendliest.
You have wait weeks to get product that you have to return because of the sizing issues and you have to pay for that return AND a customs fee on top of that.
