I Scream, You Scream

If there’s one thing other than rosé that I absolutely cannot resist in the summer, it’s an ice cream cone! When I lived in New York, Mister Softee was my JAM. I moved to New York in the summer and there was a Mister Softee truck right outside of my L-train station (14th & 1St!) almost every day on my way home from work. While I wouldn’t allow myself to get one every day, it was way too tempting to grab a soft-serve cone with sprinkles after climbing out of the humid subway station. When I lived on the LES, Morgenstern’s was a stop I made far too frequently. And Davey’s in the East Village was a favorite, too! Oh...
